Allegedly Having An Affair With Aiman ​​Witjaksono, Actress Shenny Andrea Was Reported By Her Husband To The Police

Indonesian actress and novel writer Sheny Andrea was reported by her husband Derajat Tirtasubitafan aka Danny Van Oortmerssen to the Bali Regional Police on June 17th, 2024. The report was on suspicion of infidelity. Shenny Andrea is known to have had an affair and committed adultery with news broadcaster About Indonesia, Aiman ​​Witjaksono.

The report was received by the Bali Police SPKT with number LP/B/293/X/2024/SPKT/Bali Police. Apart from Shenny Andrea, Aiman ​​Witjaksono was also reported. Both of them are suspected of violating Article 284 of the Criminal Code regarding adultery.

"Received by security officers and criminal investigation pickets regarding the alleged affair with the DVO reporter (Danny Van Oortmerssen), with the reported persons SA (Shenny Andriani alias Shenny Andrea) and AW (Aiman ​​Witjaksono)," said the Head of Public Relations of the Bali Police, I Nyoman Parta, S.H..

Police are still investigating the report. No party has been questioned so far.

"Currently it is still being investigated by the investigative team of Sub-Directorate 4 PPA Ditreskrimum Bali Police," he explained.

"Further information and developments will be reported later," he said.

Director of Criminal Investigation at the Bali Regional Police, Police Commissioner Roy H.M. Sihombing, S.I.K said they would examine the witnesses in the near future.

"We have just received the report. There has been no summons for the two reported parties (Shenny Andrea and Aiman ​​Witjaksono). In the future, we will summon witnesses from the victim's side and those reported. Maybe next week," he said.

Pitra Romadoni Nasution, Danny Van Oortmerssen's attorney, said that his party had evidence regarding the alleged affair. The evidence in question is in the form of photos and videos, and chat history on social media. All this evidence has been submitted to investigators from the Bali Police Criminal Investigation Directorate.

Shenny Andrea's illicit relationship with Aiman ​​Witjaksono became known in 2022 until it emerged in May 2024.

"In the chat, it appears that there is closeness, there is a relationship. Well, this is also supported by photos and video calls," he said.

Danny Van Oortmerssen at the Bali Police Headquarters didn't talk much. He only said that this case was handed over completely to the legal team.

"I've handed it over to my attorney, okay? The point is (hopefully) the truth will be proven," said Danny Van Oortmerssen, as he got into the car.
